Exchanges
- We will only accept exchange request for defective or wrong product(s) received in your online order
- All exchange must be made within 10 days from receiving your order
- An exchange is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to give you a credit voucher
- Strictly no exchange and return for sales items
Products
- Kaia Nines attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Kaia Nines does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current.
- There may be some minor color variation from product photos. If any product ordered from Kaia Nines that you receive isn’t described as shown on Kaia Nines, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy.
Orders
- Orders can only be cancelled within an hour after orders are placed. Please contact [email protected] for order cancellation.
- We are unable to cancel your order beyond an hour from order placed because we would’ve processed and shipped your order.
Payment
- Payment can be made through online banking Maybank, CIMB Bank, RHB Bank, Public Bank, Bank Islam etc. and PayPal. We also accept credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
- We do not offer cash refund. All refunds are in the form of credit voucher.
