Shipping & Returns
We offer free domestic shipping within Malaysia. It is estimated that your product (s) will be delivered within 2-7 working days.
Deliveries to Singapore will take within 7-14 working days. Shipping fees is estimated at SGD10-15 and it will be auto-calculated upon checkout.
For other international enquiries, kindly contact us at email@example.com to let us know your interest in our products.
Deliveries outside of Malaysia may be subject to destination country’s duties and taxes. Kaia Nines is not responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by the custom authorities.
- If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused product (s) within 10 calendar days from the order delivery date.
- Exchange fees will be RM10 for Malaysia orders and SGD10 for Singapore orders inclusive of shipping fees.
Please submit a return request at firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject ‘request return – order number’.
You can return the product(s) by mailing it to the following address with the actual receipt of purchase:

- Returned products must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. To prevent any scratches to the soles, shoes must be tried over a carpeted surface. All goods will be inspected on return.
- Kaia Nines is pleased to accept returns. However, customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred and shipping fees are not refundable.
- We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
- We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product(s) or proof of received return delivery.
- Once we receive the returned product in original packaging and condition, Kaia Nines will then give a credit voucher via email.
- Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed.
- Discounted product(s) are not eligible for a return.
- We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, it will be declined and forfeited.
